Welcome to The Feel Great Weekly Wellness Club
An online community to support women to achieve healthy, lasting weight-management with great nutrition and the support of a like-minded group.
We meet Monday evenings at 6.30pm for 1 hour Live on Zoom.
Autumn Term 'Resilience' starts October 11th for 6 weeks. If you've never been before, grab one of the free taster sessions (see below)
The club is for you if:
You'd like to lose, maintain or even gain weight in a way that's healthy for your body
You need help sticking to healthy food & lifestyle choices long-term
You want to form new habits that will improve your wellbeing
You don't want to go it alone or go off track whilst nobody is watching!
You'd like inspiration, motivation and regular sessions to keep you accountable
You want to feel in safe hands with Registered Nutritionists and the support of women who want to (and do!) help each other succeed
